PRICING QUESTIONS.
What does Liquidity Club cost?
Scaleup Members pay $145 per month per company plus $95 per month per executive seat. The initial commitment is six months, after which membership is month-to-month. Investors, experts, accelerators, and corporates are free.
What’s the difference between the company subscription and the executive seat?
The $145 monthly company subscription provides the Scaleup with a Member profile, Capital Pathway access, the Investor and Expert Directories, Generative Features, the Library, and the Quarterly Index at launch.
Each executive who logs into the Platform with their own credentials adds $95 per month. A Scaleup with two executives pays $145 + $190 = $335 per month.
Are there any hidden fees or commissions?
No. There are no setup fees, no transaction fees, and no commission on any deal that closes through the Club. Members keep 100% of the upside on every connection, partnership, investment, and exit.
Why are investors, experts, accelerators, and corporates free?
Their participation is what makes the Club valuable for Scaleup Members. Charging them would suppress the very ecosystem Scaleups join to access. We charge the role that benefits most from the network and keep everyone else free.
Can I cancel my Scaleup membership?
The initial commitment is six months. After that, membership is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
How does the referral program work?
Refer a Scaleup who joins the Club and you earn 15% of their first-year subscription fees, paid monthly via Stripe for 12 months from the referred Member’s signup date. There is no cap on referrals.
The program is available to all Member types.
