Liquidity Club is where high-momentum post-seed companies access non-traditional capital, strategic connections, and the resources to scale and exit on their own terms, independent of traditional VC timelines. It’s private, invitation-only, and built around a vetted network of five member types: Scaleup Members, Investors, Experts, Corporates, and Accelerators.
For Investor Members, Liquidity Club provides curated access to verified, high-potential Scaleup Members aligned with your investment focus. You get early visibility into companies that have already proven product-market fit and are actively scaling, along with the tools and connections to evaluate them efficiently.
Who qualifies as an Investor Member?
Eligible Investor Members include angel investors, venture capitalists, family offices, strategic investors, and debt financiers. All Investor Members should be actively deploying capital and open to engaging with verified Scaleup Members. Every member is reviewed and approved by the Liquidity Club Selection Committee before gaining platform access.

Investor membership is completely free. No platform fees, no deal commissions, no hidden costs.

How quality is maintained.
Should investors get verified?
Verification is optional but recommended. Verified status increases trust across the platform and improves the quality of inbound from Scaleup Members. Benefits include a verified badge on your profile and priority access to curated introductions.
Are Scaleup Members verified too?
Yes. Scaleup Members can complete the platform’s verification process to strengthen trust and streamline due diligence.
Is company data kept confidential?
Yes. Company profiles are visible only to approved members, and sensitive data such as financials or cap table information is never disclosed without the company’s explicit consent.

How does the referral program work?
All members, including Investor Members, can earn commissions for referring qualified Scaleup Members to Liquidity Club. You receive a unique referral code to share. When companies apply using your code and are approved as Scaleup Members, you earn 15% of first-year subscription fees paid to the Club. The commission is paid monthly via Stripe for 12 months from the referred member’s signup date. The payout comes out of the fees already collected, not added on top.
Full terms are set out in the Referral Rewards Program Agreement, which you’ll sign when you enroll. The Agreement governs in the event of any conflict with the description above.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No. There’s no cap. Rewards continue even if you leave the Club.
When do payouts stop?
Referral commissions are paid monthly for 12 months from the referred member’s signup date, then stop automatically. If a referred Scaleup Member cancels before 12 months, payouts stop at cancellation.
Where can I track my referrals?
Your Club dashboard displays active referrals, time remaining on each, payment history, and total earnings in real time.
Can I also list paid advisory services?
Yes. If you provide board, advisory, or consulting services, you may list your availability and rates in the Expert Directory. You keep 100% of fees. Liquidity Club takes nothing.
What it costs.
What does Investor Member membership cost?
Nothing. Investor membership is completely free for qualified individuals and institutions. There are no platform fees, and the Club takes no commission on any deals.
What do Scaleup Members pay?
Scaleup Members pay $145 per month per company plus $95 per month per executive with platform access. There’s a 6-month initial commitment, then month-to-month after that. Liquidity Club never charges transaction fees, success fees, or commissions on any deals that happen through the platform.
How to join.
How do I join as an Investor Member?
- Request an Invitation via the Liquidity Club website.
- Our Selection Committee reviews your application and typically responds within 5 to 10 business days.
- Once approved, set up your profile and start engaging.
Can I refer other investors or Scaleup Members?
Yes. Investor Members may refer other capital partners or high-potential Scaleup Members using their unique referral code.
Ground rules.
All Investor Members agree to the Liquidity Club Terms of Service. This includes respecting confidentiality of all member communications, avoiding mass solicitation or spam, and engaging thoughtfully and with purpose. Breaches may result in warnings, reduced access, or removal from the platform.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. After approval, you have direct access to the Club team for onboarding, support, and strategic collaboration. Reach us at admin@liquidity.club or through your member dashboard. You can request quarterly check-ins or propose investor-led initiatives at any time.
