What is ValueBond?

ValueBond is a third-party affiliate of Liquidity Club that has developed a patented tokenized collectibles trading system. The ValueBond system, as applied to companies, is exclusively available to Liquidity Club member companies, enabling the creation, issuance, and trading of authenticated tokenized digital units called Intelligent Units (IUs) that represent digital rights to your company’s offerings.
Under the ValueBond system, ValueBond creates, issues, and enables the trading of the tokenized collectible IUs such that companies are not issuers of IUs and are not subject to securities law regulations that might otherwise apply. ValueBond, as the issuer, enters into agreements with participating companies and shares revenues with companies from the issuance and trading of IUs.
