What Is ValueBond?
ValueBond is a third-party UK affiliate of Liquidity Club that has developed a patented tokenized collectibles system. The ValueBond system, as applied to companies, is exclusively available to non-US Club Member companies, enabling the creation, issuance, and trading of authenticated tokenized digital units called Intelligent Units (IUs) that represent digital rights to your company’s offerings.
Under a closed proprietary system operating within and under UK law, Members license ValueBond to create, issue and sell tokenized collectible IUs tied to unique real world assets such that Members are not issuers of IUs and are not subject to securities law regulations that might otherwise apply. IUs are designed not to be investment contracts. IU Holders access exclusive commercial benefits such as early product announcements, discounts, access to company events, narratives, developments and the like offered by the Member. Members receive license fees from ValueBond’s sale of IUs.
